Sunday, December 24, 2006 - Quite vegetal on the nose, picked up mushroom with a bit of pepper. Started to open up after 4 hours...still quite tannic- typical old world style. Has some flaws, hot on the finish, a bit of an odd/sour finish. I may have opened this too early, but I am not in a rush to find any more.
