Saturday, July 15, 2023 - Two hour decant. Nose of dry black fruit, black olive, and black licorice. Caressing, soft palate of blackberry, blueberry, and other black fruits with wet gravel, sage, and thyme. Broad finish of resolved tannins, black plum, light mint, and dusty earth. This seems ready to go.
