Saturday, November 27, 2021 - after pouring Luis into the glass its unbelievable that the colour shows very limited aging. no brownish notes but stil a good ruby teint.
The wine is fresh with a medium + acidity which counterbalances the woodspice vanilla impression very well. Cassis, berries, maybe a bit of ripe cherry. I feel this bottle is a bit younger than my previous ones, the real tertiary aromas where not so dominant and they made the extra point last time.
In my opinion no need to hurry in drinking these soon.
