Wednesday, June 29, 2022 - Decanted for 30 minutes. A clear medium violet in color. Red fruit and cedar on the nose. Lots of red fruit (red & black cherry and raspberry) on the medium bodied palate along with some earth, a touch of cedar, and balancing acidity. Don't think it will improve any from here as it beginning to show a bit of age, so enjoy it in the next couple of years.
