Monday, May 9, 2022 - 15 minute decant. Impressive nose of dark fruit, herbal notes and a hint of smoke. Nice rich dark fruit on the palate, again with herbal notes and a hint of smoke. Prominent acidity ties everything together. Excellent overall.
