Sunday, April 26, 2015 - Good freshness, oaky, ripe red fruits. (100% new oak, and as the wine maker said, sometimes you have to use new oak, so one day you'll have old oak). Burgundian in style, red fruit, acidic, long finish. If the vanilla integrates in a few years time this will be excellent.
