Sunday, March 8, 2015 - Took a few minutes to get going. When it did, there was intense, slightly oxidative lemon, some oyster and mineral flavors, and lots of chalk. Very taut and nervy - even after a few hours - but damn expressive and delicious. One to cellar and watch for sure.
