Wednesday, March 4, 2020 - Acetone, stewed red fruit and a hint of chocolate on the nose. Full mouth feel, well-balanced thought it's still hot. Black fruit, prunes, leather, tobacco and pepper on the palate with a medium finish. Enjoyable on its own or with grilled meats. Drinking well right now.
