Friday, January 4, 2013 - Much fresher racier with Chablis like minerality and Limey acidity than the last bottle I had. Crisp chard with touch of richness but otherwise quite sleek and svelte. This bottle I noticed was stelvin screw cap while the previous two bottlings were cork closure. Hmmm it does make a difference for whites.
