Saturday, March 28, 2015 - During a wine diner. Medium yellow. The nose of this was extremely citrusy at first, almost too much. It mellowed then with a bit of air. More aromas of minerals and white fruit came, lemongrass, little oak. On the palate this was very fresh with rich fruit. Nothing heavy here. Chablis style. Great aromatic persistency. Also impressive for its age.
