Monday, January 16, 2017 - Very average. This bottle was much different than my last. This one tasted like it was cooked. Bricking on the color in the glass was the first red flag and the first sip was sappy and flat. Cork was intact so not sure what happened here, but definitely not a good bottle. First bottle was primary, bright, and had nice acidity and lift.
