Saturday, March 6, 2010 - Decanted 2 hours. Very attractive nose of smoke, cedar and black fruit. Medium bodied and smooth in the mouth. Lots of blackcurrent fuit with not much fall off on the mid palate with secondary flavors of graphite, black tea and spice showing. Above average finish. This wine no longer has the blazing fruit profile of 2 years ago but has aged nicely and has compensated with secondary characteristics. Very good with several more years ahead of it.
