Thursday, February 27, 2020 - San Felice’s 2010 Chianti Classico Riserva Il Grigio took about 20 minutes to open up, then came dark cherries, plums, spice and herbs. On the palate there is firm acidity, nicely integrated fine-grained tannins and a long, bittersweet finish. This is a lovely CCR with typical fragrances, flavor, balance and body, and is an excellent food wine.
