Tuesday, March 3, 2015 - Here the oak is felt more in the mouth than in the palate. Needs some time to integrate the oak better i think. Quite a lot of stone fruit and citrus, fatness that is cut throught by the minerals. In all however I would agree that you wouldnt recognize this wine as Santorini.
