Saturday, May 30, 2015 - Sancerre and Pouilly Fume Blind Tasting: Beautiful in its way; lots of melon. Honeysuckle, citrus. Fresh, beautifully bracing acidity. Very sauvignon blanc; unlike the Boulay this was on the high fruit and low mineral end of the spectrum. Drinking well.
