Friday, May 15, 2015 - Not seeing 'overwhelming' fruit @ PnP, but clearly still primary and lacking balance the first day. By day three/four in the fridge this settled down into a fine Wellington. Drink now if you must, but not without a leisurely decant, and patience will reward.
