90 Points

Saturday, July 8, 2017 - Nose: Dark berries, cherry, tobacco and sweet earth. Slight overripe notes with a bit of roasted plum, charcoal and spice. Overall great nose. Palate: Dense & deep with blackberry, cassis, clove, licorice and earth notes. Tobacco, mint and eucalyptus show up as well. Finish: Grew a bit tired and one note with nice red fruited finish.

Overall an enjoyable wine now. I recommend drinking up if you have these around.
