Tuesday, April 21, 2015 - Pleasant and tasty - nice balance of Cab and Syrah. Bouquet vanilla, cherry, leather. Taste cherry, berry, minor cinnamon, vanilla in middle and end of finish, moderate length finish. Very good with flat steak with au poivre (peppercorn) sauce. 80% Cab, 20% Syrah. Tasted at Bo-Beau Restaurant for birthday celebration. $12 / glass.
