Sunday, April 26, 2015 - Served chilled. Lime, sweet flowers, minerals, stone fruits, and pear on the expressive nose. Lemon, lime, spices, earth, minerals, and a hint of honey on the palate. Tangy acidity, medium body, medium -long finish, perfect balance. I loved this wine. It's rich and delicious, and yet refreshing and so well balanced.
