Friday, July 24, 2009 - Dinner Scott and Kate -- I thought this showed wonderfully fresh, sleek and flashy with nice minerally cave-y dark chocolate notes. Licorice, espresso, spice. To me it showed more enjoyable and less volatile than the '03 Beaucastel we had side by side.
