Tuesday, February 21, 2012 - Popped and poured with my tasting group. Notes from memory. Translucent, slightly cloudy dark garnet in the glass. Aromas of garrigue and a somewhat vague plum/red fruit quality. Medium-full bodied with a nice balance of savory and ripe, combining some meat and earth elements with red fruit. Probably my best bottle of this yet, and I think some of the others with me enjoyed it more than I.
