Friday, July 4, 2014 - Worth the wait. Decadent delicious after 30 min decant in restaurant. Blueberry, plum and pomegranate begins the nose and initial tastes. Dried red fruits, brambles, minerals, mushrooms and tobacco in the middle. The end is smooth as silk. Thankfully there is another bottle!
