Saturday, October 20, 2012 - 100 RP BYO Tasting (Restaurant AOC): Manure, barnyard and shit on the nose but also red currants and chocolate. Very intense and complex but also showing a lot of oak.
Sweet and delicious raspberry flavors and a very intense acidity. Young and fresh still but a little to alcoholic in the aftertaste.
Perhaps served a bit to warm.
