Friday, April 8, 2016 - 12.5% abv. Salmon color with clarity. Medium body and length on the finish. I find hints of persimmon and citrus in the nose and on the palate. Delicately balanced and an attractive wine great for warm weather sipping. I preferred this to the Marsannay rose' opened a few days before this one. With pork egg rolls one evening and with an Asian-influenced tuna casserole another evening. I would purchase again if available in my area (this one was shipped from California.)
