Wednesday, December 13, 2023 - This was outstanding tonight. Nose was absolutely fire, and admittedly a bit better than the palate. Full of blood orange, strawberries, earth and myriad of spices, it’s such a pleasure to just nose this. Palate was elegant, it didn’t carry the weight promised on the nose, but nevertheless very fine and nuanced. Finished the bottle in no time.
