Monday, September 23, 2013 - No formal notes taken, tasted at 18 degrees. Cork soaked along one side, fill level just below base of neck.

In a really good place at the moment. Core of the wine is still opaque, and no bricking at all around the rim. Nose fairly effusive with standard cab sauv notes. Medium+ bodied. Excellent balance and layered, lovely fruit, medium and ripe tannins. Tastes like a wee bairn of 10-15 years old; great.
