Friday, February 27, 2015 - Opened up fully after 10 minutes of air. Dusty notes on the nose that carry on to the palate, driven by tart cherry stew flavors with a hint of RS, and finishing a bit hot with long notes of black olive tapenade. 15% ABV.
Drank well for over 2 hours.
