Wednesday, February 23, 2011 - Decanted, dark ruby, and overall, painfully young. The nose showed dark cherry liqueur. The palate showed the same cherry liqueur, thick quality and somehow light at the same time, earth and hint of cabbage. Balanced. Wait 5-10 years?
