NOSE: black fruit, cassis, some woody/forest scent, lilac hints

PALATE: smooth, medium tannins, low acidity, medium alcohol, more baked fruit on taste, blackberries, slight chewiness

OVERALL: Excellent. Wine will age very well. Already drinking well in 2016, but this wine can easily go for another 10, 15, maybe 20 years. Has all the markings of an American cab. It's big, interesting, sophisticated. Excellent wine.
