Wednesday, December 24, 2014 - A clear pale lemon. Clean and light on the nose, the aromas are very subtle. not a lot of yeasty bready aromas, but citrus, lime zest, and lemons. It is dry, high acid, and light bodied. Citrus flowing through, and a very clean flavour. A little grapefruit? A medium finish, this is a very good champagne. I really enjoyed it.
