Wednesday, February 4, 2015 - A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir which were sourced from some of the best sites in the Champagne region. Bright ripe fruit on the nose with enticing floral aromas. Lively acidity on the palate with well-integrated notes of brioche and minerality. A lengthy and complex finish.

Food pairing: Perfect as an aperitif or with scallops
