Friday, March 20, 2015 - Clear bright gold color. Full persistent mousse. Nice intensity to the aromas- caramel-apple & pear, with biscuit, wheat, white flowers, and chalk. Dry on the palate with bright acid and lemon, apple skin, sweet bread and chalk. Nice complexity, good length, well balanced. Very nice.
