Wednesday, April 1, 2015 - Color is a beautiful super pale apple green. Aromas of almonds, slight yeast, and a certain sea-saltiness. However, the bead is dying. Just an occasional bubble hear and there. No fine and constant bead which was so disappointing and surprising. This resulted in a somewhat flabby taste sensation. Kind of reminded me of a champaign or sparkling that sat overnight and came to room temperature. I guess I will drink earlier or stick with the Rose.
