Saturday, August 29, 2015 - We lost our power during a severe 8/29/15 storm and had this when neighbors came over for a “Syrah by candle light” tasting. It had a fragrant, expressive bouquet of smoke, pear, brioche, anise, spice and mineral aromas. The palate was rich, round and dry with flavors that followed the nose.
