Saturday, September 29, 2018 - (Disgorged in 2015)
Still youthful on the nose with citrus and minerals and opens up with notes of oysters and some cinnamon. Palate with a nice balance of fruitiness and citrus acidity and the finish is very intense and nice with a buttery note. Billecart with a couple of extra years of cellaring is such a lovely treat and it should be able to reward further cellaring as well.
(Probably best with 3-10 years extra cellaring)
