Tuesday, January 4, 2022 - Really good. Bruised orchard fruits and toasted buttered bread. Fine bead. Here you really feel that the wine is dominated by red grapes (60% pinot noir and meunier); I was in fact surprised when I learned that it had that much Chardonnay in the blend (40%). The dosage felt high and it is indeed on the higher side, so you better serve it cold if you don't like that, but for me it was not a problem (9.8g/L).
