Friday, December 22, 2017 - We loved this wine, but it may not be to everyone's taste. We detected a dusty feeling in the mouth that we think may be the tannins or something leftover from the fermentation process. We found this element additive to the tasting experience. Everything was in balance otherwise with good rich fruit and that lack of defects which typify Carlisle wines.
