Friday, May 19, 2023 - CBCC spring wine tasting (part 2)

Once again the sparkling wine is just ok. Slightly acidic and nearly out of control as it was biting. Some strawberry and peach notes on the palette with short and modest lingering flavors. It has an acidic dominated mouthfeel like my last tasting.
