Tasted December 24, 2006 at home. Opened and served immediately in a house Champagne flute. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Decent mousse. Nose of yellow apples dominate with some notes of pears and maybe just a touch of brioche. Flavors of green apples, pears and citrus fruits. Lively acidity with a bit of an overbearing presence on the palate. Drink now. Not a bad little QPR based on my local price of $15.00 a bottle.
