Monday, June 8, 2020 - It’s certainly not going to blow your mind but it’s a solid Cremant. Seems almost like it was bottled at too low pressure, as it’s definitely fizzy but the mousse is a little too creamy for my taste. Has a nice mellow lemon curd on toast flavor going on, but that’s about it.
