Thursday, February 1, 2024 - With homemade sushi. The last one definitely was corked. Acidity was pronounced on the finish and this wine was in Glorious balance.
This was awesome and brought me back to afternoons in Beaune sipping high quality white burgundy. Loved this tonight.
