Thursday, April 15, 2010 - Black in color. Intense nose of melted red & black licorice peppered with some green herbal elements. Light entry of cooked peaches wrapped in plum. A bit puckering on the finish. The acids in this wine are more in tune with a white wine than a shiraz?
