Sunday, August 9, 2015 - At Pcats tasting: The nose was more reticent than the Boekenhoutskloof Syrah 04 and Rostaing Cote Blonde 04. An atypical Australian Shiraz (thank heavens). No sweetness or obviousness. This was wonderfully elegant with a focussed rich, black fruit, entry and a long layered finish. (Some in the group thought that we were in Hermitage)
