Tuesday, April 19, 2016 - HdR Lunch #2 (Hospices du Rhone): One of my discoveries on this trip was this winery, especially at the Closing tasting. This bottle offered up nice black cherries, slightly earthy. It was tightly packed and opened a bit in the glass. Good acidity and not a monster wine.
