Monday, December 26, 2022 - Limpid ruby. Potpourri, burning ember and cola on the nose. In the mouth, clay-like tannins coat the mouth with waves of rhubarb, sour cherry and cranberry. Tart. Lean and a bit austere, but very enjoyable. Not sure how this wine could significantly improve. Suggest to drink now but holding for a couple years won't hurt either.
