Thursday, January 2, 2020 - Medium ruby with a maturing nose of red cherry, raspberry, redcurrant, charred wood, smoke, coconut shell, cedar and an earthy, mushroom aroma too. The palate has all those red fruits on the nose but there's also dried herb and green pepper too.
