Sunday, April 17, 2016 - Pop and pour. Nose of boysenberry, blueberry, raspberry and violets. Very explosive nose on this. Bit restrained on the palate though with flavors of boysenberry, raspberry, espresso, black pepper and blackberry. Probably just needs some air but still a noble effort from Carlisle.
