Wednesday, April 8, 2015 - A private tasting (Robert Sinskey Vineyards, Napa, California, USA): Skin fermented Pinot Gris. Golden coppery colour, butter and herbs, flowers, clean and soft, civilised, attractive, rounded off by ripe fruit. Unobtrusive but quite expensive for $ 45.
