Saturday, June 9, 2018 - Medium to deep ruby red. Complex nose with layers of anise, a bit savory, bramble berries, floral, a touch blue too with some plums and black pepper. Medium tannins (6/10) and medium plus body. Dark cocoa on the palate with some licorice, cinnamon, dark red berries that grows darker and layered spices. Long finish. Drink till 2025.
