Sunday, December 5, 2021 - Big bold and delicious drinking well right now. Decanted and drank over several hours as it opened up more and more. Smooth nicely balanced strawberry, dark cherry, earthy notes with soft tannins and silky mouth feel. Really enjoyed with charcuterie and then duck breast.
